EUROGI CONFERENCE ON GEOSPATIAL DATA SPACES 27 October 2023
EUROGI, the European Umbrella Organisation for Geographic Information, will be holding an all- morning conference on the highly relevant topic of data spaces, as seen from a geospatial perspective.
Data spaces is an EU initiative to establish common European data spaces in all strategic societal sectors and domains of public interest. The data spaces are envisioned as sovereign, trustworthy and interoperable data sharing environments where data can flow within and across sectors, in full respect of European ambitions, rules and values.
Geospatial data is and will be a vitally important component of the data spaces and thus it is appropriate to hold a conference which focusses specifically on this aspect.
The conference will be held at WiZink Centre. Salas Truss. C/ Jorge Juan 99, Madrid (Spain). In-person and virtual attendance at the conference is free of charge.
